Material:
- 175 gr Smooth peanut butter
- 100 gr of unsalted butter
- 100 gr of refined sugar
- 60 gr Palm sugar
- 120 gr Wheat flour (sifter)
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda (sifter)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla powder
- 1 btr chicken egg
- 50 gr Peeled peanuts (grilled and chopped roughly)
How to make:
- Beat butter together with peanut butter, refined sugar, palm sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs, beat until blended.
- Add flour and baking soda, stir until smooth.
- Form the dough into a ball then press it until it widens.
- Place it on a flat pan, give it a distance.
- Press the surface of the cake mixture with your lower back until it is slightly flat.
- Sprinkle with chopped peanuts on top.
- Bake in an oven at 160º C for 25 minutes, until dry and cooked.
- Lift, chill, and store in an airtight jar (for 500 gr).
