Ingredients:
- 200 gr cashew nuts, roast and puree
- 200 gr of low protein flour
- 100 grams of butter sugar
- 200 gr of powdered sugar, for sprinkling
- 1 tsp salt
- Margarine for spread
How to make:
- Mix flour, powdered sugar, mashed cashew, butter, and salt together. Stir gently with the spatula until evenly mixed.
- Make rounds as big as marbles, place them on a flat pan smeared with margarine.
- Bake at 160C for 25 minutes until cooked and dry. Lift and let cool.
- Smear with powdered sugar until blended. Store in an airtight jar.
