Ingredients :
- 400 g of low protein flour
- 100 g of cornstarch
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp salt
- 150 g of powdered sugar
- 250 g of butter
- 1 tsp of vanilla powder
- 2 egg yolks, for spread
- Adequate margarine, for spread
- Cloves, for decoration
Jam:
600 g of pineapple, grated
150 g of sugar
5 cloves
3cm cinnamon
How to make :
- Jam: mix all ingredients together. Cook while stirring until cooked and smooth. Lift, let cool.
- Beat powdered sugar and butter until it's white and fluffy
- Add the eggs one by one while shaking them until evenly mixed. Add flour, cornstarch, vanilla powder, and salt, stirring gently with a wooden spoon until blended. Do not add too much pineapple jam, so the nastar skin is thin. When baking do not arrange the nastar mixture too tightly, so that the oven temperature can spread evenly.
